Typical Meals at Camp

This is a SAMPLE of what your camper may be eating at camp. 

While we are able to meet a variety of meal routines and dietary plans, there may be occasions when it will be required that you supply additional food products (i.e. Tube Feeds, Special digestive crackers or biscuits). If you are unsure of whether or not your camper's dietary needs will be met at camp, please contact us by sending an email to: campregistration@eastersealsbcy.ca or by phone at 604-873-1865 or 1-800-818-4483.

Day 1:

Campers arrive in the afternoon and have dinner as their first meal at camp.
Dinner: Hamburgers, hotdogs, potato salad, green salad, corn, popsicles or ice cream as dessert.
Snack: Watermelon and water

Day 2:

Breakfast: Pancakes, bacon, fruit salad, yogurt
Lunch: Grilled cheese, tomato soup, green salad, veggie tray.
Snack:Chocolate chip cookies  and juice
Dinner: Spaghetti and Meatballs, garlic bread, Caesar salad, carrot cake 
Snack: Orange slices and water

Day 3:

Breakfast: Breakfast burritos (egg, sausage, salsa, sour cream), fruit salad, yogurt
Lunch: Chicken fingers, fries, celery and carrot sticks, minestrone soup, green salad.
Snack:Popsicles and juice
Dinner:Grilled chicken, rice, steamed veggies, "worms in dirt" dessert
Snack: Apple slices and water

Day 4:

Breakfast: Waffles, sausages, porridge fruit salad, yogurt
Lunch: Pizza lunch (hawaiian, pepperoni, cheese, vegetarian), cut veggies
Snack: Fibre cookies and juice
Dinner: Lasagna, garlic
bread, green salad, 
Snack: Watermelon slices and water

Day 5:

Breakfast: Waffles, sausages, porridge fruit salad, yogurt
Lunch:Mac and Cheese, hotdogs, carrot and celery sticks, chicken noodle soup
Snack: Chips and juice
Dinner: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, green salad.
Snack: Orange slices and water 

Notes:

*Every breakfast includes: Toast, one hot cereal, 4 cold cereal options, a fruit tray, 2%, Skim and Soy Milk, Honey, 2 jams, Coffee, Tea, Juice, Hot chocolate, Brown Sugar, Raisins, Plain Yogurt.

*Every lunch includes: A vegetable tray, fresh brown bread, or rolls, margarine, cold water, tea, coffee, juice, condiments if needed.

*Every dinner includes: A vegetable tray, fresh brown bread, margarine, ice water, juice, coffee, tea, condiments if needed.
